Breast lift with or without implants: Also called mastopexy, it is a surgery designed to lift and rejuvenate sagging breasts. During this surgery, excess skin is removed and, in some cases, breast tissue is repositioned or an implant is placed to achieve a firmer, more rejuvenated look. It is beneficial for women who want to regain a more youthful and firm appearance in their breasts after changes such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight loss or aging.
Breast reduction and lifting: Also known as mastopexy it involves removing excess breast tissue and skin to reduce the size of the breasts, while lifting and reshaping them for a firmer, more rejuvenated appearance. This surgery is commonly sought by women who experience discomfort due to excessive breast size or who wish to restore the shape and position of the breasts after changes such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight loss, or aging.

FAQs
Ideally, you should come at least 2 – 3 days before to have time to undergo all the pre-operative studies, tests, and evaluations and stay for at least 13 days after surgery.
The drain will only be placed if you perform a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty, and the approximate duration is 10 to 12 days. This time may vary according to the evolution and recovery of each patient.
Recovery time depends on the type of procedure performed and varies from patient to patient. Typically the approximate time is 4-5 weeks, but the final results can take between 6-8 months.
It is recommended to wear the post-operative bra for the next 4 weeks after surgery, then it is recommended to wear a “sports bra” for 4 more weeks.
It is advisable to avoid exposing wounds and scars to the sun, reduce the use of swimming pools and beaches, avoid heavy exercise or the gym for at least 3 months after surgery, do not drink alcohol or smoke and avoid sexual relations for the first 4-6 weeks, among other things.
After your surgery, it is necessary to use a post-operative faja for at least 3 months with breaks only for your massages and personal hygiene. During this time it will be necessary to change its size, as the inflammation subsides. After 3 months, you can use it whenever you think it is necessary.
